Items over 25 lbs or those marked FOB Houston are billed actual freight
plus a $3 handling fee. All Sherline items are drop shipped FOB California.
TEXAS residents add 8.25% sales tax. Sherline sales in CALIFORNIA will also
incur sales tax of 7.25%.
We will ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and American Protectorates by either
UPS Expedited or Express at your expense. We will also ship to these states
by priority mail, but we cannot track your shipment (actual freight plus
$5).
UPS Second Day Air: Actual freight plus $5.00
COD:
Orders sent UPS COD incur an additional $10.00 fee. Bank drafts or money
orders only: No cash, no personal checks.
Canadian Shipments:
We will ship to Canada by UPS or Parcel Post; all tariffs and VAT collect
to you.
Back Order & Return Policy:
We try to have all the catalog items in stock. However, we occasionally
must back order some items. Freight for the total order will be charged
to the initial shipment. Backorders will be filled as soon as possible and
shipped UPS ground at no additional charge. If you
wish to cancel a back order please call us at 1-800/ 790-7980.
Every item is backed by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. In addition, Henry
Taylor and Robert Sorby have unconditional lifetime warranties on turning
a carving tools. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly
exchange or replace the item. If you prefer, we will issue a credit or refund
your money (less any shipping and handling fees). Return the items in saleable
condition within 30 days of purchase with any original packaging, instructions,
etc. Be sure to include a copy of the invoice or refer to the invoice number.
Special order items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Freight on defective
merchandise will be paid by us, excluding items marked FOB Houston.
The Cutting Edge tries to maintain pricing shown in our catalog and on our
website. Unforeseen circumstances and changes in foreign currency exchange
rates may affect pricing. If a discrepancy occurs between the posted prices
on this website and those shown in our sales computer, the computer price
list will pertain. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
